What if I hate having my photo taken?
This is the most common thing Carla hears — and it changes every session. She guides your posture, hands, chin and expression the whole way through, and you’ll review images as you go. Most clients arrive nervous and leave surprised by how much they like their photos.
What should I wear?
You’ll get detailed wardrobe guidance as part of your pre-session consultation. In general: wear solid colours, avoid busy patterns, and bring 2–3 outfit options. Carla will help you narrow it down.
How quickly will I receive my images?
Most clients receive their edited, high-resolution images within 48–72 hours. Turnaround is always within one week.
Can I choose my favourite images?
Yes. You’ll review your best images together and make your final selections before they’re professionally retouched.
Are additional images available?
Yes — additional retouched images are available for purchase at your image reveal. Many clients pick up extra selects for different platforms.
Where are the studios located?
Carla has studio space in both Toronto and Milton, ON — easily accessible from Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Burlington, Guelph, Georgetown and Halton Hills. Exact addresses are provided at booking.
Do you photograph corporate teams?
Yes — on-site team sessions are a specialty. Carla has photographed teams of up to 70 people in a single day, traveling to your office or event location. Contact her for a custom quote.
