What areas do you cover?
Based in Milton and serving all of Toronto and the GTA. Travel beyond the region is welcome — just let me know the location and I’ll include any travel in the quote.
How fast do we get the photos?
Prints are handed to guests on the night. Your full edited online gallery is delivered within 48–72 hours — often sooner for time-sensitive recaps or press.
Do you bring the printing and glam booth to the venue?
Yes. On-site printing and the Hollywood B&W Glam booth come to you, fully set up and staffed. We just need a small space and a power outlet.
Can we use the images for marketing?
Absolutely. A commercial usage license is included, so your team can use the photos for social, recap decks, sponsors and next year’s promotion.
Are you insured and do you bring backup gear?
Fully insured, with backup cameras and lighting on every booking. Venues that require a certificate of insurance can be accommodated on request.
How do we hold our date?
A signed agreement and deposit secure your date. Popular dates in Q4 book early, so reach out as soon as your event is on the calendar.
